My Bloody Valentine


This movie deserves a "The Best Movie Poster Of The Year" award. Even the audience's included in the poster! What could be more original than that?

Plot:

A slasher film.

Just like any other slasher film which features a mentally-unstable male killer on the loose with an indestructable body until nearing the end of the movie who happens to also wield a hands-on weapon, in this case, a pick-axe is the weapon of choice as opposed to the traditional machetes and chainsaws.



On top of that, violently graphical nonsenseical killings, gore and sex scenes with an ending that ends with the killer being subdued by a lone female survivor who the killer seems to never be able to kill for the past 60 to 120 minutes of the movie.



Ultimatelty and sometimes-ly, you may even be told that the killer isn't really dead, thus suggesting a sequal named "My Bloody Halloween" or "Friday the 13th Valentine".



The only difference that "My Bloody Valentine" differ from other slasher film is that, it's made in 3D.



Wow.

Moral of the story:

Don't be a miner? Don't run around naked? Don't watch live-action movie in 3D? I have no idea.

Watch it if you like:

3D, naked women, sex scenes, bloody sexism(hate women and can't wait to see them getting killed), naked woman, midget getting killed, naked woman running around, naked woman's corpse, naked 3D woman, nudity.

Lame title, I know.

Plot:

Man who suspiciously looks like a Mediacorp artist pirates a horror movie.



Business went wrong as he discovers that his missing "pirate partner" isn't missing after all. He appears to be dead in the movie they are pirating.



Moral of the story:

Do not pirate movies.

Watch it if you like:

Screamings, in-your-face horror, Shutter, Alone, 4bia, hangman, watching movies, watching horror movies, old-school style Asian horror.






Conclusion:

If not for the 3D, I would have seriously regretted watching "Valentine". There's no fight this round, "Coming Soon" won "My Bloody Valentine", hands down!

BUT, if you're one who adores gore, then maybe you should catch "Valentine" too. And remember, watch "Coming Soon".
